Junior Support Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our systems around the world as well as answering incoming queries from our customers globally, including solving and troubleshooting any technical issues they may arise.
  • You will look after the customer-facing servers and services which include IPSEC VPN, ENUM/DNS, HTTP APIs.
  • You will implement and manage new customer and supplier accounts both on the CRM and on the Platform itself , and should understand and be able to configure those services using some or all of these protocols , IPS VPN, SS7/Sigtran, ENUM, HTTP, SFTP .
  • The role will also involve working to ensure the delivery and stability of critical data feeds as well as being able to deal with any associated issues that arise, escalating it to data providers when necessary.
  • You will innovate and find creative ways to meet our customer requirements and contribute ideas to help improve the products and services we provide.


  • Linux operating system knowledge
  • Networking concepts
  • Good English communication skills
  • Availability to do (paid) on-call support


Nice-to-have skills:

  • Telecommunication knowledge (Voice, SMS)
  • Advanced networking protocols
  • Databases knowledge (*SQL, non-SQL)
  • Knowledge of protocols – HTTP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, SFTP
