The Position

As part of our continuous growth we are now seeking a versatile and capable Operations Supervisor to join our Technical Operations team based in Ploiesti, Romania.

Reporting to the Operations Director , the Operations Supervisor has responsibility to ensure the Support teams provides the very best levels of service to our customers globally. This includes timely and effective intervention on service performance or quality issues, ensuring that customer service tickets are correctly managed and that new services are delivered on time and to a high standard . You will plan and manage resourcing levels to ensure all functional day to day objectives are met.

A key aspect of this role will be to manage the communication flow and content with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Support Manager , Traffic Manager and Senior Dev Ops manager to understand the overall business needs and to set priorities based on those needs and the available resources.

The Role
  1. To oversee the daily working of the support team within TMT Analysis Ltd.
  2. To manage and implement schedules to ensure deadlines are met and that we continue to provide a high-quality service to our customers globally.
  3. Develop and Implement key systems to ensure the smooth operation of the business and its services.
  4. Ensures key performance indicators are managed in line with company expectations and assist the Operations Director in reporting performance to the wider business.
  5. Ensuring the management of the business’s Quality Systems to the required regulatory standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), where applicable.
Key Skills
  1. Manages the quality and success of the operations procedures and processes through the use of key performance indicators.
  2. Comfortable to have responsibility for overseeing and monitoring of daily operations and the appropriate allocation of resources.
  3. Can communicate well with all relevant employees to ensure service or delivery commitments are met.
  4. Monitors service standards.
  5. Provides guidance and direction to operations staff.
  1. Strong leadership & drive
  2. Good communicator, English and Romanian , written and spoken.
  3. Confident decision maker.
  4. Operations knowledge and experience gained within a Telecoms and/or IT environment is desirable.
  5. IP and Voice networking and interworking knowledge is preferable.
  6. Familiar with Linux operating system, DNS, IPSEC, HTTP, SS7 protocols, Bash and Perl scripting and relational and non-relational databases a major advantage.
