This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response
      6. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 1 (one) month. Occasionally, it may take us longer than 1 (one) month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you within 1 (one) month of the receipt of your request and keep you updated.
      7. We may charge you a reasonable fee to you when a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, or we receive a request to provide further copies of the same personal data. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

      3. In some circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal data.
      4. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
    1. If you would like to let us know about something we have done, or failed to do, whether positive or negative, please let us know. Your comments enable us as an organisation to learn and continuously improve our services.
